Bijzonder fraaie bibliotheek globe in een zeer goede en originele staat. Deze 18 inch merchant Shippers Globe heeft op de cartouche de steamships routes en railways staan. Tevens de Britse en Amerikaanse kabels (telefoon en telgraaflijnen)  De globe is gemaakt rond 1932, de naam Constantinople en Istanbul staan beide gemeld maar persia heet nog Persia en geen Iran. De hoogte van de globe is 115 cm en diameter gipsen bol is 45,72 cm en met buitenste ring 77 cm. De globe staat in een mahonie houten frame met dierenriem rond globe, echte eye catcher. Top ding.
